What happened
Beeline Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLNE) said Q3 2026 revenue should be its highest since 2021, and margins its highest in company history.
The company also expects a lower Q3 2026 net loss than in Q2 2026. It said adjusted EBITDA loss would be the lowest in five years.
The update follows Beeline's April shift toward Non-QM lending, especially DSCR and Bank Statement loans for property investors and self-employed borrowers.
Beeline also flagged a pending Home Equity Investment product. It said the product will broaden home-finance offerings with a product less tied to interest rates.
Beeline said HEIs are growing in popularity, with more than $4 billion funded in the U.S. to date.
The company said institutional capital and securitization activity continue to expand.
Beeline said the HEI may have a 10-year term or match the remaining term of an existing mortgage.
It also said credit scores as low as 500 could be eligible in certain circumstances.

Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that Beeline must prove its AI-driven Non-QM platform can scale without using more cash than the loans generate. This update strengthens that view because it points to higher revenue, better margins and a larger cash balance at the same time.
The figures are still preliminary and subject to quarter-end close and auditor review, so they can change before the Form 10-Q. The HEI launch adds another test because the company says it is less directly tied to mortgage rates, but that product is still pending.

What's next
Beeline said it will provide complete third-quarter 2026 financial results in the Form 10-Q, including reconciliations of non-GAAP to GAAP measures. That filing will show whether the revenue, margin and cash update survives quarter-end close and auditor review, and whether the Non-QM shift and HEI launch keep supporting the turnaround case.
